About Shop Social Business

One store, three channels.
Setup guides that skip the noise.

Shop Social Business publishes practical instructions for new and small sellers who want to sell on TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook.
Every article is written to answer one specific setup question and move you to the next step.

Why this exists

The instructions are scattered.
One place should fix that.

Each platform publishes its own help docs, and each one assumes you are already set up everywhere else. Reddit threads fill some gaps, but they go stale and contradict each other. A new seller trying to connect a store to three social channels at once has no single place to follow a complete, ordered sequence.

Shop Social Business was built to be that place. The site covers the full setup path: building one store, connecting it to each social channel, and keeping product content going out on a consistent schedule. The articles are written for sellers who have not done this before, not for developers or marketing teams. The goal is a working setup, not a general overview.

If you are a new or small seller in the US who wants to run one store and reach buyers on TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook, this site was written for you. Nothing here assumes prior experience with ecommerce platforms or paid advertising.

Our standards

What we will not do.

Every article on this site is written to a fixed set of rules. These are not aspirational. They determine what gets published and what does not.

How this site makes money

Affiliate links fund this site.
Disclosure comes before the click.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, Shop Social Business may earn a commission at no added cost to you. The two programs currently in use are Shopify and Metricool. Every affiliate link on this site carries a disclosure line directly beneath it so you always know before you click.

Affiliate income does not change what gets recommended. Tools are described based on what they actually do and which sellers they are best suited for. If a tool is not a fit for the reader, it is not placed in front of them.

Important

What we are not.

Shop Social Business is not a marketing agency and does not offer services for hire. It is not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or business consultant. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Shopify, or Metricool, and it has no ability to influence approval decisions made by any of those platforms.

The guides on this site describe general setup processes based on publicly available platform documentation. They cannot account for every individual account situation, policy change, or eligibility decision a platform makes. If a platform declines your application or removes your account, that is outside the scope of anything published here.
